We deliver all over Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Major Cities: 2–4 working days

• Other Areas: 3–7 working days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery Fee: Based on location and weight

• Free Shipping: On orders above a certain amount (if applicable — update as per your policy)

Shipping fees (if any) are clearly shown at checkout before order confirmation.

5. Order Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next working day.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your delivery status.

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for fast delivery, delays can occur due to:

8. Undelivered Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, it may be returned to us. Reshipping may require additional charges.
